In a unique collaboration with Chef Bassam AlAlawi, architecture and culinary arts are combined to capture the ‘Manama experience’. The space resonates the social scene of Manama, street gatherings and traditional coffee culture [ social nodes across the city ].
Branding | Inspired by Manama’s visual identity came the brand of Pavhaleeb. Name • Logo Design • Slogan • Packaging Design • Menu.
Menu Curation | Inspired by Manama’s ingredients and narratives, Chef Bassam curated the menu which touch upon nostalgic moments and the diverse culture of the capital.
Space | Pavhaleeb’s space highlighted the social setting of restaurants and coffee culture in the city. Spatial Design • Visual Identity • Lighting Design.
*A step further This space highlighted the “pop-up culture” and how brands interacted with potential customers in an experiential setting. PAVHALEEB prototyped their concept on site and continued to be part of StrEAT Food Festival 2019 after validating their brand through this space.
